Delicious Unagi (ell) and Hitsumabushi. 美味!うなぎ・ひつまぶし
I ate unagi with my family at our favorite restaurant.
Speaking of cooking unagi, “unajuu” and “hitsumabushi” are famous in Japan.
You mix the unagi with a sweet tare sauce while cooking it over a charcoal fire.
“Unajuu” is cooked unagi eaten over rice with a secret tare sauce poured on top.
I think the unagi at this restaurant is the best in Japan.
お気に入りの店で家族とうなぎを食べた うなぎ料理といえば、
うな重とひつまぶしが日本で有名 うなぎを炭火で焼きながら甘いタレを絡ませる 。
「うな重」は焼けたウナギをご飯にのせて秘伝のタレをかけて食べる。
この店のウナギは日本一だと思う。とても美味しいです♪
