These chestnuts are pesticide-free production,and This farmer only uses organic fertilizer.
Let’s pick up a lot of chestnuts!! We picked up chestnuts of 3 kg or more.
I boiled chestnuts for 20 minutes in the pressure cooker.
It was sweet and delicious. We ate all in one week.

鮎の骨を一気に抜いて食べる方法もあるんですよ！
挑戦してみました。 鮎は高級ですので普段はなかなか食べられない魚です。

I ate unagi with my family at our favorite restaurant.
Speaking of cooking unagi, “unajuu” and “hitsumabushi” are famous in Japan.
You mix the unagi with a sweet tare sauce while cooking it over a charcoal fire.
“Unajuu” is cooked unagi eaten over rice with a secret tare sauce poured on top.
I think the unagi at this restaurant is the best in Japan.
お気に入りの店で家族とうなぎを食べた うなぎ料理といえば、
うな重とひつまぶしが日本で有名 うなぎを炭火で焼きながら甘いタレを絡ませる 。
「うな重」は焼けたウナギをご飯にのせて秘伝のタレをかけて食べる。
この店のウナギは日本一だと思う。とても美味しいです♪
