私は日本の岐阜県の郷土料理である鮎(あゆ)を食べました。
塩焼き、味噌焼き、骨の唐揚げ、雑炊などなど・・
鮎の骨を一気に抜いて食べる方法もあるんですよ!
挑戦してみました。 鮎は高級ですので普段はなかなか食べられない魚です。

“Unajuu” is cooked unagi eaten over rice with a secret tare sauce poured on top.
I think the unagi at this restaurant is the best in Japan.

うな重とひつまぶしが日本で有名 うなぎを炭火で焼きながら甘いタレを絡ませる 。
「うな重」は焼けたウナギをご飯にのせて秘伝のタレをかけて食べる。
この店のウナギは日本一だと思う。とても美味しいです♪
